From your first request to your branded quote builder.
The $49 USD service is fulfilled by Third Level IT LLC. Here is what is included, what to prepare and how to keep your order moving.
1. Tell us about your business
Submit a setup request with your business details and the kind of work you quote. Keep the QH reference displayed after submission. You can then optionally pay using the hosted QuickBooks checkout; use the same email address so we can match the transaction.
If you already paid, keep your receipt and do not pay again. Opening checkout or submitting a request does not itself confirm payment. Contact us if your payment email differs from your request.
2. Prepare your setup brief
- Your business name and the contact details you want on proposals.
- A logo you have permission to use, if you have one; a PNG or SVG works well.
- Brand colors or a link to your existing website.
- Up to three services you commonly quote, with example scope and cost categories.
- Your preferred proposal wording and any business terms you want included.
Use fictional customer examples. Do not send customer lists, account passwords, payment details or sensitive client documents. If you do not have a logo, tell us; logo design is not part of the listed setup package.
This opens your email app; nothing is sent automatically. Include your QH reference in the subject and attach your brand materials.
3. Confirm scope and scheduling
We review the complete brief, verify payment and confirm the scope, start date and due date in writing. Initial delivery is within five business days of those steps being complete. Ask about any additional requirements before purchasing; hosting, integrations, team accounts and ongoing custom development are not promised by this package.
4. Review and handoff
The package includes one revision and a handoff walkthrough. Collect your requested changes into one clear list so we can address them together. Keep a copy of your delivered materials and export your quote library regularly.
